PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Dayton Arcade project revived a highly significant complex of historic buildings built between 1902 and 1935. The complex of 322,000 square feet is now a vibrant center for 110 new units of downtown housing, street front retail, a city wide artist hub, a grand meeting space and entrepreneur center for the University of Dayton. The rehabilitation of this historic block completely transformed the character of Downtown Dayton and has been a catalyst for additional development.
